3. Refund Policy

The BJPC Institution follows a transparent refund policy for online payments:
- Non-Refundable: Registration, admission, and processing fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds may be provided in case of duplicate payments, transaction failures, or overpayment.
- Request Window: Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction date.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or transferred via NEFT.
- Authority: All refund decisions rest with the institute management.

4. Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1st June 2025
We understand that cancellations may be necessary in some situations:
- Admissions/Applications: Cancellations are permitted before the academic session begins. Processing fees are not refundable.
- Events: Event registration cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the event date.
- Technical Failures: Duplicate or failed transactions will be rectified after proper verification.
- Donations: Donation transactions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
