SQAAF A+ accreditation for the academic year 2025–2026 has been awarded to The BJPC Institution by SCERT, Pune, placing the Institution among the Top 40 State Board Schools in Maharashtra.

The Institution also received SQAAF A+ accreditation in 2024–2025, which makes this its second consecutive year of this recognition.

What the SQAAF A+ Accreditation Assessment Examines

SQAAF assesses a school across seven domains: Curriculum and Pedagogy, Infrastructure, Governance and Management, Leadership, Aesthetics and Functionality, Inclusive Practices, and Beneficiary Satisfaction. Together, these domains examine what is taught and how, the quality of the school’s facilities, its leadership and management, the functioning and appearance of the campus, support for learners with different needs, and the experiences of students and parents.

How 1,02,675 Schools Were Narrowed to the Top 40

The 2025–2026 assessment process involved three successive rounds of screening and evaluation. It began with 1,02,675 schools across Maharashtra, of which 10,644 were shortlisted, 540 advanced to the next stage, and 429 reached the final round.

The BJPC Institution met the prescribed assessment criteria and secured its place among the Top 40 State Board Schools in Maharashtra, earning the distinguished A+ Accreditation for the second consecutive academic year.

The Team Behind the Dossier

The assessment required the Institution to demonstrate its practices and their effectiveness across all seven domains. Our principals, Mrs. Daisy Zohrabi and Mrs. Vandana Nambiar, addressed the questions across the seven domains, while Ms. Hazel Mesmen and Ms. Jenifer Almeida contributed to preparing the comprehensive dossier.

A Collective Achievement

Each assessment domain reflects the contribution of different members of the school community. The management and leadership team guide governance and institutional development. Educators shape Curriculum and Pedagogy and put Inclusive Practices into action in their classrooms. Administrative and support staff maintain the infrastructure, campus, and daily operations, while students and parents contribute to Beneficiary Satisfaction through their experiences of the Institution.

The A+ accreditation in both 2024–2025 and 2025–2026, along with the Institution’s place among Maharashtra’s Top 40 State Board Schools, recognises the collective contribution of this community.

Congratulations to the management, principals, teachers, administrative team, and every member of the BJPC Institution community on this achievement.
